This is a house for 4 professionals: it's a spacious terraced house in the up and coming area of Ashton, very close to the bars and restaurants of North Street.

The house has a lot of character including a Victorian style fireplace in the lounge, and stripped floorboards throughout most of the ground floor. It was originally bought for our daughter at Uni and was sympathetically modernised. After she graduated, and moved away from the area, the house continued to operate very successfully, only now with young professionals.

The room available is downstairs towards the back of the house.

There is a spacious lounge with bay window and 2 sofas with ‘Sky’ installed. The fire place has a decorative gas ‘living-flame’ fire.

All bedrooms have double beds together with furniture including, chests of drawers, desks and bed side tables. The three upstairs bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, the other downstairs bedroom has a free-standing wardrobe.

The large bathroom is situated downstairs, it has been completely modernised only last month with a new bath, shower and floor and wall tiles.. There is also a separate downstairs WC. Upstairs there is a shower room and WC.

Outside is small rear garden: a sunny space ideal for socialising in the summer with an area of decking and flower borders around the edge. There is a small covered shelter where tenants leave bicycles.
