She has since moved away from Leeds and it is now a house for 3 professionals. Elsewhere on the street landlords squeeze in 5 students in the same size house whereas our tenants enjoy plenty of space – there is just one bedroom on each floor. The red front door leads into a shared lounge & kitchen. On the 1st floor is a bathroom with a good shower above the bath. The washing machine is hidden in the cupboard there. All bedrooms are wired for broadband connecting to the modem in the lounge. Currently the internet and TV are provided by Virgin. The 3 tenants share a kitchen: it is fully fitted with ample units and a built in large fridge freezer.
The attic flat has great views across Leeds. It is the only room on that floor so it is quite spacious and has a large walk in wardrobe. As the Garden studio flat has its own shower & toilet the bathroom on the floor below is generally only shared with one other person. |
