The house has a lot of character including Victorian fireplaces, panelling and stripped floorboards.
It was originally bought for our daughter at Uni but she is moving out of the area. It has been sympathetically modernised with ornate cornicing, and original fireplaces.

This lovely house is very well situated in Cardigan Terrace just off Heaton Park Road, near the number ‘1’ and ‘16’ bus stop which go frequently into city centre every 5 minutes.  Morrisons is a 3 minute walk away and a 30 second walk away is Heaton Road containing coffee shops, fitness studio, takeways etc and Heaton Park. Walking into the city centre is a 20 minute walk away.

We seek a female to join, enjoy and respect this all-female, well cared for, and maintained house.

So what's unique about our house? Well apart from the lovely elegant character of the house, it’s a lot of house for just 4 people. Most professional landlords would squeeze 5-7 tenants in the same space. We wanted to retain the charm of the original house and so there is a great living room and a kitchen big enough for all 4 to eat in at the same time. And of course there is the added bonus of having a large garage, so even if you don’t have a car there is plenty of storage space.

There is a spacious lounge with bay window and 2 leather settees.

All bedrooms have double or king beds with quality mattress, mainly Ikea or solid pine furniture including, chests of drawers, wardrobes, desks and bed side tables.

The upstairs bathroom is large with a walk in shower.

Outside is small front garden, rear sunny yard ideal for barbecuing in the summer with a raised sunbathing decking area and the bonus of a large garage with ‘up and over door’ for car, and/or good storage space with electricity fitted.
